Wild Capital is a New Hampshire real estate investment group. We buy, rehabilitate, and hold residential properties across the Granite State — reinvesting returns into the communities where we operate and educating the next generation of local investors along the way.

We run a BRRRR strategy — Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat — focused entirely on New Hampshire residential property. Southern NH is our primary market, though we actively evaluate opportunities across the state wherever fundamentals are sound.
We have not pursued ground-up construction to date, though we are open to partnering with the right builder as we scale. Every deal we take on is underwritten for long-term hold, not a quick exit. That discipline is how we have stayed consistent through multiple market cycles.
BRRRR Strategy
We buy distressed residential properties, rehabilitate them to market standard, refinance to recycle our capital, then hold. The model lets us compound our portfolio without compromising underwriting discipline.
New Hampshire Focus
We invest across New Hampshire with a particular focus on southern NH. We are not trying to build a national footprint — we are building something lasting in our own backyard.
